- We believe that our clients, employees, suppliers/subcontractors & the society in general are import- ant contributors in our business. This fact will be evenly considered in our overall business dealings vis-à-vis the interests of the company management. The management is committed to continuously improve the effectiveness of the Quality management system by analyzing customer feedback, con- ducting internal audits, imparting training wherever necessary & review of the Quality Management system on regular basis.
- The quality management system adopted by us is also with the objective of complying with the Quality Management Systems – Requirements. It is also the responsibility of the management & the employees to strive towards obtaining the Quality Management Systems Certification within a realistic time frame.

Health Safety & Environmental Policy
- Cemec Engineering & Trading LLC is dedicated to the cause of health, safety & protection of the environment & shall meet the relevant laws & statutes of Sultanate of Oman.
- We are guided by the principle that all accidents are preventable. Every Employee of the company shall practice to maintain hygiene, practice safety, protect the environment & make it a habit.
- Performance & attitude on hygiene, safety & environment shall be considered essential employee job performance criteria. Health, safety & environment are the direct responsibilities of the line management & ensure the same are incorporated in the day to day operations & maintenance activities. Relevant health safety & environment information shall be shared with the employees & training shall be arranged wherever required.
Drug & Alcohol Policy
- We are determined to the prevention of drug & alcohol abuse & shall meet the relevant laws & statutes of Sultanate of Oman. Every employee of the company shall not possess or consume drugs or alcohol and shall not be present in the work place in an intoxicated condition.
- Line managers shall ensure all their work men are strictly following the drug & alcohol policy requirement, both at work & in all company accommodations.
- All the work force of the company is encouraged to disclose their drug & alcohol problems and offer them- selves for an effective local counselling & treatment process. Relevant drug & alcohol policy information shall be shared with the employees & training/counselling shall be arranged wherever required.
