A civil Engineering Graduate, he has in his sleeve, experience gathered working with construction giants like Carillion and Taylor Woodrow International. His entrepreneur instinct was an advantage for Shaksy Engineering Services in Oman, when he set up and spearheaded the Construction division of the company to new heights. Mr. Biju with his vast experience is now heading the operations of CEMEC Engineer- ing & Trading as the MD of the Company. His expertise include but is not limited to High rise buildings, mass housing, shopping malls, roads and bridges, Hotels, Industrial buildings, marine projects. The total project value touch based till date stands at more than 1 billion USD.

A Civil Engineering Graduate with over 22 years of experience in various disciplines of the fraternity. Being a core contract management professional and an RICS (Royal institute of Chartered surveyors, UK) accredited member, he holds abundance experi- ence in managing complex projects. His mixed bag of experience with various multina- tional companies as well as national companies has helped organizations to install easy cross-culture management and system adaptiveness. He has experience working across the GCC, mainly Sultanate of Oman, UAE and Qatar. Some of the organizations he has worked with include STRABAG, LEIGHTON INTERNATIONAL, GALFAR.
